Abstract: Reform movements that have occurred since the collapse of the New Order regime in 1998 of which is characterized by direct elections (presidential and local elections) and legislators, based on the principle of representation and expansion of monitoring compliance. But ironically, direct elections would bring the phenomenon of over-valued pricing politicians. Acceptance is done illegally by politicians should be borne by the public constituency. Acceptance is done illegally uses the mode of corruption, collusion and nepotism. The phenomenon that occurs in this reform era is an interesting study materials. The questions that need to be answered include: How much does a decent price for politicians?; How politicians pricing model?; How the steps to her normal-profit a politician? This study is a preliminary study to answer the third issue.
