Abstract: One of the disadvantages of self-employment Indonesia is lack of knowledge on business management, both in industry and small medium industries. This phenomenon is visible when the business is at a stage of growth, such as the lack of knowledge of business administration, business financial management, business planning and production advantages all of which greatly hindered the development of the business.This activity aims to guide SME business management in accordance with business needs. This activity is carried out by the method of discussion, training, coaching and mentoring to SMEs really have to do their own business management. From the results of the current evaluation, SMEs can apply what has been given in this activity with the result of great help in the business.
