ANALISIS pH, BOD, COD, LOGAM (Pb, Cu, Cd, Fe, dan Zn) PADA DRAINASE FAKULTAS MIPA DAN FAKULTAS FARMASI UNAND
Abstract: Research has been performed on parameters of pH, BOD, COD, metals Pb, Cu, Cd, Fe, and Zn wastewater laboratory Faculty of Science and Faculty of Pharmacy, Andalas University, and to monitor the effect of the laboratory activities to the changes of these parameters. The method for parameters of pH used the potentiometric, BOD used the method of Winkler, while COD used iodometric, and for Pb, Cu, Cd, Fe, Zn metals used flame AAS method. The results of the analysis for pH ranged from 6.00 to 7.10, BOD contained was from 2.06 to 8.28 mg/L, COD contained was from 7.18 to 26.77 mg/L, Pb metal from 0.13 to 0.24 mg/L, Cu from 0.04 to 0.80 mg/L, Cd metal was undetectable, Fe 0.72 to 2.93 mg/L, Zn metal from 0.03 - 1.44 mg/L. The highest pH values were ​​obtained in the laboratory of chemistry and pharmacy, while BOD in chemistry laboratory, COD in pharmaceutical laboratory, Pb, Cu, Zn metals in biological laboratory, and Fe metal in the chemical laboratory.
